All service quotes are generated based on the inventory and logistics data provided by the customer. A booking is considered confirmed only after written validation and scheduling.
Note: Professional site inspections may be required for large-scale villa or office relocations to ensure final pricing accuracy.

Pricing & Payment Terms
Accepted Methods & Deposits
- Payments are accepted via Cash, Bank Transfer, or Online Gateway.
- An advance deposit may be required to secure the relocation date and mobilization of resources.
- Deposits are non-refundable in cases of last-minute cancellations (refer to Section 6).
Settlement & Surcharges
- Final settlement must be completed upon the successful delivery of items.
- Additional charges apply for undisclosed items or extra labor hours not in the initial quote.
- Waiting time or building access delays may incur secondary handling fees.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Vertex Mover understands that relocation timelines can be unpredictable. Our policies are structured to provide flexibility while maintaining our commitment to operational excellence.
Notice Requirements
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should ideally be submitted at least 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled moving time to ensure resource reallocation.
Flexible Rescheduling
We offer rescheduling options based on our current availability. Notifying us early increases the likelihood of securing your preferred alternative date.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds for deposits are evaluated based on the notice period provided. Last-minute cancellations may incur a mobilization fee to cover logistical costs.
Customer Responsibilities
Inventory Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate and complete inventory details to ensure the allocation of appropriate vehicles and moving teams.
Safe Site Access
Ensuring safe, unobstructed access to both pickup and delivery locations for our moving team and vehicles.
Parking & Permissions
Arranging necessary parking permissions, building NOCs, and elevator access prior to the arrival of the moving crew.
Personal Valuables
Securing personal cash, jewelry, and high-value portable electronics separately before the team begins the packing process.
Special Declarations
Informing the team about fragile, antique, or exceptionally high-value items that require specialized packing or handling.
Limitation of Liability
External Delays
Vertex Mover is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as:
- Heavy traffic or road accidents
- Extreme weather conditions
- Building management/security restrictions
Reporting Timelines
To ensure a professional investigation, any claims regarding damage must be reported:
- Before the moving crew leaves the site
- In writing within 24 hours of delivery
- With clear photographic evidence
Policy Exclusions
Our liability does not cover issues arising from:
- Improper packing done by the customer
- Mechanical faults in pre-owned electronics
- Unauthorized third-party services or hosting
Prohibited Use of Services
Illegal Activities
Use of our relocation or logistics services for any unlawful purposes or the transport of restricted items is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent Bookings
Submitting fake inquiries or attempting to secure bookings with stolen or unauthorized financial details is restricted.
Form Misuse
Automated spam, malicious code injection, or any misuse of our contact and quote forms is monitored and restricted.
False Data
Providing intentionally false information regarding inventory, locations, or identity during the booking process is not permitted.
